Press w to jump

Press a and d or left and right arrow keys to move side to side 

Press s to crouch 

Press the spacebar to shoot your laser 

Press left shift to toggle walk or run

Press q to open the save menu

NOTE: if you can't jump for some reason, just do a quick (or slow) crouch
